Advocate notice from Company: This is Manikandan who\'s from Thiruvotriyur. I have been working in one automobile company since 2017 as a staff category. Based on the good performance, I was selected to go onsite training to South Korea with 3 years of contract which includes if I wish to relieve from this company I have to pay 3,50,000 Rs. Even though I finished onsite training in South Korea, still, 14500 rs was only given as a salary which is not complete enough for me and my family. After I came from Korea, I was treated badly and totally frustrated. I was forced to work more than 13 hours per day and most of Sunday working, even without giving overtime amount. At one point in the level, I was treated cheaply as a slave. Not only me most of the company staff were treated as slaves by management. So after getting fully frustrated (November 5th), I decided to quit my job and I just gave oral information to my team leader. After 1 week (November 11th), they told me to resign, so I resigned from my job by sending official mail. Now they have sent an official advocate notice which is totally difficult for me.
