Hi, have recently taken the Airtel connection! I have transferred Rs.550 to Airtel bank to pay my monthly bill. After transferring the money, I was unable to use the money. I cannot able to pay the bill or neither transfer back to my bank account. Even after multiple emails and multiple escalations to their customer support team, they are sending an irresponsible reply. Still, I cannot sort out the issue. I have even registered a complaint with the banking ombudsman. but I didn't get any solution
