P.Ramasamy asked 4 years ago A release deed was issued without mentioning survey no by mother and sisters on an Rs.25000 stamp paper in the year 2017.while transferring my name in the patta i came to know that it is not a valid document and it is forged from the Dy Thasildar, as EC is not generated and showing wrong information by using doc noIt is made deliberately by my sisters husband with a help of a document writer and a lawyer.hence rectification deed is not possible.pl advise me how i can resolve this issue ,how i can initiate legal action against the document writer and the concernedSR.
