Here, I took loan 4lakhs, I have fund in every month but they not debited, that collection executive asking money in hand, I said no, I ready to pay account, they use bad words and torcher, I complained to rbi and that company CEO also,, no response still yet, I send mail to the settlement also, but they not accepted, they put on my CIBIL, and they entered overdue last 3years, They harassing me, I want a lawyer for sending legal action notice, they called my family and my contacts,, Please help me. I need ur help for out of this,, Kindly help me,, I have all proof against this company,,I submitted a complaint to police and RBI. But no response still yet ...
