Respected Sir, Firstly, I am an ex-serviceman and got an appointment at the Bank of Baroda in Jul 2014. Moreover, I worked for 8 months with a probation period of 6 months. They terminated me without any valid reason neither extended my probation period nor made me a permanent employee. Now I want to get justice for their mistake of terminating me after completion of the probation period. For this, I need legal help for Reinstatement. please advice
