Ravi Shankar asked 3 years ago Negligence in creating UAN for PF Claim: I'm Ravi Shankar. I worked in Axxxr Gxxxe Hotels Ltd from December 2005 to June 2010. During this period they deducted my salary for Provident Fund. By the way, I resigned from my job and went abroad and returned to India in 2020.Since I want to make my PF Claim I contacted the PF Office in Royapettah. Moreovern They directed me to contact the employer to upload my information to the PF system by creating a UAN.I'm in continuous communication with my employer for over a month regarding the creation of my UAN but they neglect to create the 12 digital UAN numbers to process the claim.So I reached Chennai Law firm to approach the issue legally.
I have attached the photos of my Salary Slips and Joining Letter which consists of My PF Number, Date of Joining the establishment, and Employee ID.Mainly I contacted Axxxr Gxxxe Hotels Ltd by sending them an email regarding my issue and there was no response from them.I tried reaching them through phone calls many times almost every day. They are responding but they never took any effort to provide me UAN number. By all means, please help me in getting a remedy regarding Negligence in creating UAN for PF Claim
