In application to the site for allotment request, he has given his mother as nominee. Is the nomination valid. The site now comes for the Registration and my MIL and builder/association without my consent tried to register the land by getting the balance amount from her. They said it is transferrable and not mandatory. To let you know and any documents related to the site/nomination for any proceeds.
