I had purchased a flat from a builder. I paid Builder Land cost for Rs. 1,346,700/- and GST @ LAND 12% Rs.161,604/- for undivided land share for the flat besides incurring registration cost on land 148,137.00. The construction agreement registration is separately registered. The Payment to the builder for construction, maintenance, and corpus is separate. My query is whether the builder should collect GST @ 12% on land for Rs.161,604/-?
