Need help for Land Dispute to cancel the Patta and Registration deed: I registered a plot comprising 605sq.ft of land-area over the 1815 sq.ft extent in Nandiyampakkam village under Thiruvottiyur sub-registrar in September 2009. Without my knowledge, builder transferred the total 1815 sq.ft of the property including my registered share land of 605 sq.ft to some one else in February 2011 during construction.
