They did not execute the salary revision till 2012 and slowly the employee union started protesting the direct posting. They went for legal service & solutions and I countered them using my own funds. Whenever the RCS take a positive step in Time scale fixation they will object. Thus this is the 12th year. 12 Years of service as GM Business in Co.op. Marketing Society

The OA of this Society receives Rs50000 /month. but I am still getting only Rs 15000 /- consolidated pay till 2022. They get all the benefits and service promotions I could not. Within the meager amount, I could not spend more on legal procedures.I want to get the time scale and get the arrears. Block them from taking action against my advancement. Is there any free legal service available in this matter?   I would like to pay from the arrears I get once the service issue is settled. Please advice on this Service Matter.
