Expert Suggestion on Legal hire property issues

Based on the information you have provided, it appears that you have a valid claim to your share of the property and assets left by your father. As a teacher, you have provided evidence that your salary and tuition fees were given to your mother, which may be considered a contribution towards the family's financial resources. Additionally, the fact that your brother was divorced and your sister received support for her marriage and children should not affect your share of the inheritance. Moreover, It is advisable to seek legal guidance and representation to pursue your rights as a legal heir. With the help of an experienced advocate, you can file a petition in court and provide evidence to support your claim for a fair and just distribution of your father's assets and properties.
