SRINIVASA RAMACHANDRAN asked 6 years ago This is regarding a Consumer Complaint on an Insurance policy from a private company. I have taken an Insurance policy from a private company, last December and went through the terms and conditions not satisfied, hence I returned back the original policy through India Post within the free look-in period. By 4th Jan 2009, I sent it back. After so many phone calls, and mail correspondence they haven't returned my due Rs.50000/- to date. Please guide me the way how to get back the money with interest, why because in the case by mistake I forget to send it back within free look in period my entire money may be taken by them mercilessly. If so we can also punish them.
