Death Threat over property

My maternal aunt  got loans and her husband illegally demanding my parents and my other family members to pay it off, He is issuing death threat with the help of local politicians and few Church people. We never signed any official documents and we were totally unaware of the entire issue. Yesterday night they issued death threat and I called up police and they called and warned them. The illegal people threatening to forge documents and take away our property with the help of real estate people. They also threatened to bring hostile eye witness against us to exhort money.
