Ancestor property partition: My father was struggling to protect and preserve our forefathers property at our native village. Last 2013 My father expired without any sort of WILL. Now we are all eight people of legal heirs. i.e. My Mother five Sons and two daughters In this regard, My eldest Brother passed away nearly 25 years back. His only son to add in the Legal Heirs.While, trying for the equal partition; one my elder brother and my Eldest Brother son both are not co-op. We do not have the contact during the past three years.Ancestor property partition: My father was struggling to protect and preserve our forefathers property at our native village. Last 2013 My father expired without any sort of WILL. Now we are all eight people of legal heirs. i.e. My Mother five Sons and two daughters In this regard, My eldest Brother passed away nearly 25 years back. His only son to add in the Legal Heirs.In view of the we are all decided to go for the Partition and we will leave the shares; rest of us will do the partition. is it Correct.
