Applying for a Divorce: Hi Sir / Madam. Pls, note for you married last March 2021. But due to some personal conflicts between me and my partner now am not willing to further continue with the marriage life. Further, my partner is not acceptable for mutual divorce. He is not ready for divorce. how do I apply for a divorce without a Lawyer? can you apply for a divorce online? Please help to advise as if any issues if not mutual divorce here. What are the procedures to follow? Do I need a divorce certificate from my other country jobs as they ask for spouse PCC and Mcc and other details of him which he is not ready to provide?
