k Mohan Babu asked 5 years ago I Paid an advance of Rs.75,000/- to a builder while booking a flat in November 2017. But the Builder has delayed the process of its construction beyond the assured time limit. Hence I canceled my booking and requested a refund. chennai legal firm Staff answered 2 years ago According to the law, if a consumer requests a change or cancellation of an order within a reasonable time after receiving possession of the property, the consumer is entitled to a full refund. The consumer is also entitled to receive compensation.
