1. Protection order if I understand, will prevent my spouse to file a harassment case in a police station against me. Is this correct?2. 1) How much maintenance should I provide her per month? And should I pay maintenance when the case is in the process?2) When will maintenance stop, i.e. when she gets married / when she goes to work?3) How will I come to know when she gets remarried or goes to work?4) When does the situation of providing a one-time settlement come?5) Does she have rights on my property under my name in India? Can she claim that? Says 25% - 50% salary must be given for maintenance, is it true? - I saw a few men's rights websites in India I am not sure if this is a legit website.
