I am working in a Pvt ltd company in Chennai. In the offer letter, they mention 6 month probation period and 45 days notice period but within the 22nd day, they gave the confirmation letter 90 days notice period. I put resignation on the 99th day but they didn't allow me to early relieving. Of course, have served 1 month notice period.
