We had initially booked a flat at KG Signature City Phase 2 located in Maduravoyal near Mogappair.The first payment made was Rs.1,00,000/- Through Cheque No. 011312 of ICICI Bank.
The Second payment is of Rs.2,60,000/- through Cheque 000991 of ICICI Bank. (Receipts for both are attached).I have decided to cancel this booking and would like to receive the refund amount. I am contacting you so as to proceed with legal support and go through the right path in this process.If there is any more detail you need from my end, please let me know.
