Civil Lawyers for pension related issues

My Elder sister died last week. She was receiving the pension as she worked in Govt aided school in Chennai.She had two daughters and one son. The eldest daughter married before eighteen years and she had a misunderstanding with her husband and living alone with her only daughter for the past fifteen years with the support of my mother.AS my sister’s husband also died last year, I want to know whether any possibilities for my sister’s elder daughter to receive our mother's pension, to be frank, she has not applied for divorce as she does not know about his whereabouts.I need Civil lawyers to handle pension-related issues.
