Want to make a Complaint in National Consumer Forum: I have ordered a Ridaex TV 42" online on 30.12.2018. It was through the website gotmatter.com for Rs.31999/- paid from the credit card. I have received an order confirmation that the TV will deliver within 12.01.2019. But They didn't deliver the tv and many times phone calls that customer care and asked about the tv. They are lying each and every time when I make a call that the TV is going for testing or they told me we will ship you will get it within two days. Even after 3 months, I didn't get the tv.I have complained in the national consumer forum on 06.02.2019. They told me to send a mail to the company for cancellation. I do the same thenOn 22.02.2019 I called and speak to them that due to not delivering the tv I asked for my money back. And they said to cancel the order. And within 10-15 days money will be credited to the same account. But after 20 days passed the money will not be credited. today I again called up there and asked they simply told me it's under process.
