Criminal litigation: I am kubendran from Villivakkam, was cheated or it's my fault to get cheated by a person. He is from political background (ADMK). His name is saravanan who is staying in kolathur. He promised me to get a government job through MP MLA quota for 3lakh rupees. I don't know about this type of tricks used for cheating since that time I was job less. So I was convinced and I have gave the money to him. It's been six months gone he was not giving my money back, I got only cheque for 2.5 lakhs and it was also getting bounced. I don't have money and power to fight with him. I have two small child 1 year old babies.
