Employee Issue

I am from Tirunelveli. I'm writing this query to get a better solution for my brother\'s Employee Issue with his office manager. My Brother is working as an RO for the past 3 months. But still, they didn't confirm his job. Also, he's on a probation period.  Now he wants to leave the job but his manager asked him to work under a notice period of up to 3 months.  So He\'s unable to join other companies since his employment is with his current company. He tried to apply for resignation through his company portal but it is asking for 90 day notice period and changing the option disable for the notice period.  So kindly help me to resolve this Employee Issue legally.  The Company name is Muxxxot Micxxfin limited Tirunelveli branch.
