V.Vinothkumar asked 2 years ago Employment Dispute: My father in law is 55 years old working in one of the spinning mill in Andhra Pradesh. More than 1year completed and still they are not confirming job and also not relieving from the job. Now they demanding 2month salary from us. I can understand this is not legal law but we doesn't know how to proceed further.
Note: Every week forcing to travel for their other plants in Andhra as well as Tamilnadu. As a family member we feels it like a threatening and torturing him.
