I have invested 5 lakhs for taking Channel partner for the Bangalore location. The franchise is based in the Chennai location. But they are doing their business PAN India. 2years agreement in that first 2 months cooling period for setup Office and doing some marketing for their brands. In fact, from 3 rd month onwards they will give 50K as minimum guarantee amount every month for 22 months.
Franchisor operated business
This is a completely Franchisor operating business, So staffing rent electricity maintenance everything born by the franchisor. We can generate leads and get a commission for each leads because we are taking channel partners for that location. after cooling they started MG 50 K every month. Only 4 months they gave this amount. Meanwhile, I was given 20 lakhs worth of business to them. For that, I got a 70k commission amount. 5 months onwards they stopped MG. Due to covid, we lost business that why we are unable to give MG. Simply they are telling lies. For me, they didn't open any office. Nothing from their side. they said if you want to cancel the agreement we will deduct 1.5 lakhs as a franchise fee balance of 1.5 lakhs will give you in 90 days. what to do now.
