Grandfather Property issue

Grandfather Property issue: Grandfather has land with a building in Chennai. GF has 3 sons and 3 daughters. All the 3sons are dead and 3 sisters are alive. Actually, son1 has 2 legal wives (after wife1\'s death in 1974 and in 1977 son1 married wife2). Everyone has agreed to sell the mentioned property including me my mom and my sister (that is wife2 her son and daughter) But son1 wife1\'s son is not agreeing to sell the above property.
