In spite of the key being handed over on the last day of our house and all dues being cleared except EB charges, which will be only around 500 rs the house owner denies to refund our advance citing paint charges.
After a huge struggle, he returned only 20,000, and the rest he used for paint charges(which is not mentioned in our agreement)
