Need to evict tenant staying after Expiry of agreement and to recover rent arrears, with interest claimed. email, Rent for over 20 months not paid by our tenant. Is not vacating after promising to Vacate for more than 50 times. Agreementt expired 15months back in Feb 2022. Not renewed. Since then, speed post, We hv informed tenant to Vacate by Regd post, whatsapp msgs at least 25 times. We want tenant to pay full arrears with interest claimed & restore premises bk to original condition. How can we do this successfully, without losing further time.
