How to get a divorce soon or any other way for me to come out?

I applied for Divorce 2 years before and now we are living separately more than 2 years, but she says she will not give a divorce and also not attend court properly, children are with me and they are studying is there any way to get a divorce soon? she is giving torture to me and keep-on creating problems. I am ready for settlement also but one time she says I want a settlement and at the same time she said I won't give a divorce. Pls suggest how to get a divorce soon or any other way for me to come out from this issuePopular Questions:
