Saranga Venugopalan S asked 4 years ago Hi Sir/Madam, This is regarding ICICI Loan Dispute. Firstly, I have not taken any loans from ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank has reported in my CIBIL that I have taken a two-wheeler loan in 2007 July. I have raised a complaint about this in ICICI Online Customer care, RBI Ombudsman, and CIBIL too, Next, I went to ICICI Bank in Ambattur and submitted all the documents they requested on 30th March 2021.
In the Loan document, none of my details match except for my Date of birth and partial name Venugopalan. Moreover, nothing else matches the loan document. It has been so long and no one has provided a resolution. Week after week I am following up with everyone. By all means, please help if I can send a Legal notice in the form of an email suing ICICI Bank.
