I am one of the Partners at a manufacturing company located at Pallavan Salai, Mettukuppam, Nerkundram, Chennai - 600 107.We supplied certain goods to a Pvt Ltd as per their request and generated an invoice with a value of Rs. 80,375/- on 25.04.2023. In return, the Pvt Ltd company provided us with a Cheque dated 10.05.2023.Unfortunately, when we presented the negotiable instrument at the bank on two separate occasions, namely 24.05.2023 and 09.06.2023, it was returned unpaid. As a result, we are now seeking to send a legal notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for the dishonoring of the Cheque. We kindly request your guidance and assistance in this matter.
