Recover Monthly EMI

I have taken a Home loan from the Bank of Baroda ULLAGARAM Branch Chennai-600091. As per the Finance Minister's orders to all Banks to recover Monthly EMI up to 30 September 2020. But the bank started recovering a Monthly EMI of ₹.19865/- from July 2020 onwards. But the EMI recovery standing instruction to debit the EMI amount on every month 2nd or 3rd working day of every month.

BOB Ullagaram Branch Acting Manager

In September 2020 the bank recovered One EMI of ₹.19856 and again on 22nd September 2020 they Deducted one time of ₹.19865 so in September alone there were 2 times EMI was deducted. When I contacted My BOB Ullagaram Branch Acting Manager to me that due to a system problem this double EMI recovery has happened she verbally confirmed that excess Debited EMI will be reversed and it will be credited to SB Account No. 6376 of BOB Ullagaram.Attorneys | Advocates for Recover Monthly EMI  I have taken a Home loan from the Bank of Baroda ULLAGARAM Branch Chennai-600091. EMI reversal

On October 2 2020 Bank has debited October EMI. Today on 3rd October 2020 I called The acting Manager Ms.Deepika about last month one EMI reversal but to my shock, the manager told me that whatever deductions happened on September 2 EMI will not reverse 1 EMI should have been recredited has not been done.

Excess deductions

Now The acting manager of BOB Ullagaram Branch Ms.Deepika is telling a new version that whatever deductions happened during September 2020 will not be reversed at any cost. The excess deductions have been capitalized. Banking term I don\'t know the exact meaning of banking terminology. Now in October, the bank has deducted October EMI.

Unsystematic recovery

My biggest worry mental agony My mental stress has increased manifold because of this reoccurring unsystematic recovery by the Bank of Baroda Ullagaram Branch Chennai. I am more worried about the coming months EMI recovery if this type 2 EMI recovery every month will jeopardize my life moreover am a daily wage worker my per day salary is ₹.400 per day I have worked all 30 days to earn ₹.12000 during this Pandemic situation. I have mentally broken down completely because of the BOB Ullagaram Branch erratic EMI recovery.

How can I manage this situation?

If the same Issues continue in the present month and in the coming months How can I repay this EMI? In the present way of 2 EMI or more recovered in every month. How can I manage this situation?

Banking Mistakes

My mental stress has increased manifold because of those types of banking Mistakes happening. I don\'t know how to express my mental agony faced by me for the past 2 weeks moreover am more worried of future recovery might happen is the above-mentioned manner means I may be forced to commit suicide

Strict and stringent action against the Erroring Manager

I am humbly Requesting your good self to take strict and stringent action against the Erroring Manager who is not bothered to solve the issue instead of solving she lethargically and very casually saying it is a system problem I cannot resolve this issue.
Moreover is not even willing to take any corrective action in this regard. My very humble request before your good self to take necessary action on this issue.

My Final option

Ms. Deepika Acting Manager BOB Ullagaram Branch has made my regular life hell during this pandemic situation. Once again please please take immediate action on the Erroring manager and resolve my problem otherwise I will be forced to take the extreme decision of committing suicide only will be my final option left before me.

Facing similar problems

Once again please instruct the concerned authority to take necessary strict action against the manager immediately otherwise not only me but also a lot of other home loan customers are also facing similar problems with this lady.

Lethargic attitude of Public sector Banks

So please don\'t delay this matter and suitable action along with suitable punishment to be awarded to the Erroring manager of BOB Ullagaram Branch.
