I am Rajan living as a tenant on a lease basis in Chennai. I and the landlord put in a rental agreement for 24 months. Two months before I told to him to vacate the house due to waterlogging issue. He accepted my request and said to return the lease amount of rs.6,50,000/-.by Jan but28. nowadays Landlord is delaying returning the Lease Amount. pls advise.
