Key points of the Landlord-Tenant case
1. Tenant from the past 20 years2. Only at the time of initiation rental agreement was prepared. Ie. In the year 1999. Henceforth which no deed was redrafted or addendum prepared.3. In 2002 one more area gave for rent but no deed prepared4. Everything went as per mutual understanding.5. Rent was received in cash and no receipts were issued in return.6.
