It is regarding Legal advice for recovery of my invested money. Firstly, I invested in a food start up. Secondly, there were 4 partners already running 3 restaurants in different parts of Chennai under one name. By the way, Only one of them ( an IIM graduate) was the guy handling all operations and rest were only investors. later i joined them and invested in their expansion plan. we had an agreement signed and i pumped in money. of late this shop is shut for lack of funds for running. Only now i realize that the original amounts that was mentioned in the agreement as individual shares from them are not true.
