THIRU asked 6 years ago Legal advise for the empty plot: In my village there are 2 empty plots, it was for 2 groups of people. Each group has 6 members.The plot does not have a patta, but we have checked with the district collectorate by getting an SLR copy. SLR copy shows properly the member's name as expected.In my village, we are planning to make use of the plot for Community purposes by constructing a 200 sqft small building.However, we have some objections from 2 people from each group.Hence we may not be able to start to build, because of those people.How do we make use of the plots by the rest of the 5 people from each group?We 10 people are ok, only 2 people may object.Can you please kindly advise, on how to overcome this scenario and start to build on empty plot?
