My elderly parents are living in Chennai. Their son in law evicted from their own house. In fact, they were forced to vacate. And now as of last week are living in a rented apartment. The house my parents were living was given to my mother by her parents. In 2003 half the property was sold to the son in law. He needed a bank loan. The bank said that they would give a loan only if the whole house would be written in his name. So my mother trusted him and did it. In a stamped document my father got his son in law to sign that half property still belonged to my parents. Please resolve this Legal issues with regards to eviction from their own house by their son in law.In march  2015 with his friends help they sold the property without my parents signature and gave my parents very little money for their survival. I think this is the biggest injustice to people who trusted their own son in law. They are in such a shock and helpless. At this point we think documents are forged and I want justice for them.  Ask your legal doubt of Legal issues with regards to eviction from their own house by their son in law and get the best Legal advice and Consultation Ask your legal doubt of Legal issues with regards to eviction from their own house by their son in law and get the best Legal advice and ConsultationAsk your Questions for Legal Consultation:https://www.lawyerchennai.com/legal-consultation/fraud-happened-with-me-on-olymp-trade/https://www.lawyerchennai.com/legal-consultation/red-corner-notice-interpol/https://www.lawyerchennai.com/consult-an-advocate/
