He persuaded my husband to leave his job and migrate to his city to practice his profession. He rented a big complex and converted it to suit my husbands' job for which we pay a huge rent every month.
He promised to give his own building after 3 years. It's been 4 years, now he is planning to sell the house that he promised to give us. He persuaded us to move into the house without any legal transfer of property which we refused. we had bought land of her own. Suddenly he is suggesting that he is willing to transfer property to my name so that he can benefit from tax cuts (since no property is under my name) and sell the property, deposit the money in my account which could be used for our house construction. All seems to be very FISHY.My husband's professional future is at stake. He has huge debts on the building that he has promised to give us. I think I have been scammed by my own father. He at times tells that son is the legal heir, it's up to the parents to give or not give to the daughter. what are my legal options…. he has drained my husband's hard work for 4 years. All the monthly income is taken away by him. My husband gets paid only his salary.
