Maintenance charges for my plot

I bought a plot 83 cents in a gated community in Hosur. initially   In 2006 maintenance charges were around 3500 per month. now 45 residents are living there now every year they have increased the charges and now we are paying nearly 1lakh with GSTplus 10000 deposit every year. my asset has become a liability now.Apart from maintenance charges they have passed a resolution that we have to maintain our plot. I feel it is very unfair the way out for me because it is very hard to find a buyer.
