Misc Application filed by my tenant for setting aside ex-Partee judgement: I am Mano Krish, Herein I wish to submit a Misc Application filed by my tenant for setting aside ex-partee judgement and condonation of delay as early as August 2018.  The tenant was in receipt of notice from the court regarding the listing of the case and appeared on the first call.  Judge informed her to file vakalat and counter or else she will pass order.  Promptly vakalat was filed by her to take advantage of 90 days time, and there after no counter.  The court passed orders.  How can this be expert?

Repeated submission to judge

I have not received rent after June 2016 and as on date the rent arrears amount to Rs25 lac. Firstly, Repeated submission to judge about this went unheard.  The argument in the matter was over by 25.1.2019. Misc Application - Setting aside the ex-partee judgement

After that the setting aside of experts' order and arguments were over by 25.6.2019 and passed for orders.  Thereafter the same is being adjourned without order for the past months.Thus the court is favouring the defaulted tenants and allowing her to continue in my building without paying rent. By the way, We are senior citizens and the rent was only source of our income for the past 41 months we are struggling for our survival.

Write to Chief Justice of Madras High court

When will the judge pass orders who keep declaring in charge of 3 courts and lack of judge.
