My friend (venkat) asked me to arrange the money for one of his colleagues who met in an accident for his medical emergency and clearly told me that his colleague did a love marriage so his parents are not helping him during the emergency. And he (venkat) gave the assurance orally and he (Venkat) is responsible for returning the money to me. I have collected from my co-workers and transferred the amount to Venkat around 2 lakhs in the year 2017. After that, I asked to return my money while facing my father's hospitalisation expenses, but he does not return it and told me some other things like pl wait surely will return the money and give me 2 weeks...
