Harmohan Dash asked 6 years ago one of my client (a Pvt. Ltd. Company) wants to recover the Security Deposit that they have deposited to the Lessor at the time of leasing the premises.However even after satisfactorily handing over the premises, the Landlord has not returned the Security Deposit of Rs. 6 Lakhs till date.There had been several communications that have been made and there have been several attempts by the company officials to meet one of the Lessors (who was an implied representative of the the other Lessors as they are siblings) .The Lease Agreement is not registered and is of September 2016.Please suggest recourse would be good for them and what would be the Fees payable by them. After that we may proceed further.If any other information is required to understand the case better to suggest and ascertain the Fees, please let me know.
