I need a Legal Help for neighbors dispute and religious comment issue.It has been more than five years I have staying in this current rented house. My native place is Jharkhand and I have studied in Tamil Nadu and working here too. So I have spent more than 9 years in this state and have been loved by people around me.

In the current house I am staying with my family in the ground floor and another tenant is staying in the 1st floor. Me and my wife have been bullied many times with that couple who are staying in the first floor. For even small things both husband and wife came down and knocked the door and tried to have argument with either me or my wife. Every time I tried to keep things normal and for that sake I took step back and behaved like I am less privileged than them and I am afraid of them.

In some manner it is also true that I was afraid of them because of there bulling tendency and shouting behavior. We never complained to house owner as we did not want the matter to became an issue. But all our neighbors were aware about the things those were going around. That person have also argued with my wife when I was not at home. We stay here for our livings and do not want to indulge in any kind of trouble so we have tolerated many things we should not have. But today it went beyond the tolerance when he (Arul G) came with a complain that we are keeping garbage outside in the garage.

In actual that bucket contains plastic wraps and boxes what we are getting through online purchasing. And to limit the outside movement throwing those after every couple of days. But today for that reason he became physical and kicked and destroyed the shoe rack along with few plant which were kept outside of our house entry gate. Which put us on shock and when we retaliate his actions verbally he became more violent and started yelling on us. At the end my wife started crying and told me to call 100 and seek help to get a remedy for this neighbors dispute and religious comment issue. After listing the name of police he start to run away with abusive words about my religion. He said “you bloody <my religious group>”.

This incident has put me and my wife in deep shock and we are now very much concerned about our safety and Legal Help for neighbors dispute and religious comment issue here.
