My grandmother, who is my mother's mother, has already given one property to my sister, and there is no issue regarding that part.

My grandmother, who owns the property independently (not ancestral property), registered a half partition of the property in the name of her second wife's daughter and her husband, which was accepted by her son and signed accordingly.On the same registration papers, it was mentioned that the remaining half partition would go to her son after her death and should not be sold.Current Situation
Both my grandmother and her son have passed away. Moreover, There is no will, agreement, or registration in the name of her son.However, the son of the fourth wife has occupied the entire property and filed a suit claiming that the property was orally gifted to him by his father.
