Property share under muslim law

Sameer asked 3 years ago
Property share under Muslim law: I m a Muslim by religion and from Andhra Pradesh. My mother has 3 houses (2houses purchased by my mother, 3rd house is ancestral property) We are 4 brothers. Long back my mother registered two houses (each house to one brother)to 2 of my brothers. One brother who got property already sold out that property. Another brother and I did not sign in to that registration. My mother did registration with an oral agreement that the 3rd house will be given to the other 2 brothers and that property will be divided by them. My mother passed away while living in 3rd house. Now 2 brothers who already got property by registration demanding an equal share in 3rd house. Please advise my options in this situation.Property share under Muslim lawPopular Questions:https://www.lawyerchennai.com/legal-consultation/love-marriage-problem/https://www.lawyerchennai.com/legal-consultation/property-issues/https://www.lawyerchennai.com/legal-consultation/seek-legal-advice-regarding-minimum-waages-act-tamil-nadu/
