This is regarding a Refund amount over cancellation of under construction Property: I am from Chennai, and I have purchased a flat in Chennai in 2018. As per initial agreement, he must hand over the property in 2020. Of course, there was delay in property hand over, I have cancelled the property.For cancellation they did not charge extra. However they have imposed Tax charges. And they have paid 80% of the amount as I need to clear my home loan and hand over the documents(Sale and Construction agreement) for remaining 20% of the amount.I have cleared my home loan and got my documents. They are saying hand over documents, we will pay the balance after 2 weeks. I got suspicious and asked them You pay 20% and take the documents.Its more than 2 months they did not respond anything how every they have sold the property to other customer.
Can You raise a dispute with the Sale and Construction agreement.
