Regarding Property Rights in My ancestral home

Sir/Madam, This is Regarding Property Rights I am Sathya from Namakkal. My ancestral home in my native in my paternal grandfather\'s name who is died 20 years. His heir is my dad, uncle, and aunt. My father also died before 8 years. My father\'s heir certificate includes my mother, brother, and me.Now my uncle and aunt are ready to give that home to my mother. My mother and brother got separated and did not talk with each other. Can we register that home in my mother\'s name with my uncle and aunt's signature or do we need my brother\'s signature also.Since my mother doesn't have any other property, this is a basic need for her. Can we register that home in my mother\'s name?
