Regarding the training bond issue: I have resigned in Nov 2021 and served 3 month notice period. when I request them to give relieving letter, they were kept quiet. After 15 days of my last working day, they replied as need to serve bond period until June 2022 or else I need to pay 5 lakhs. Then within 7 days I replied to them as I agreed to serve pending bond period (3 1/2 months).Regarding the training bond issue: I have resigned in Nov 2021 and served 3 month notice period. when I request them to give relieving letter, they were kept quiet. After 15 days of my last working day, they replied as need to serve bond period until June 2022 or else I need to pay 5 lakhs. Then within 7 days I replied to them as I agreed to serve pending bond period (3 1/2 months).But now they replied as serving bond period is not accepted and need to pay 5 lakhs. During notice period I took around 10 days' leave because of a covid infection. From the first day of the notice period end of the notice period, they never mentioned the bond. Also at end of the notice period, they were initiated my relieving process. Training bond signed in the bond document.
