Rajan asked 4 years ago Will settlement of property
My father had made a will settlement of property to me 16 years back stating that property will get transferred to me automatically after the death of my mother. Till then she can manage the property and cannot transfer it to anyone.
The property will automatically come to me after the death of my mother. The will was registered already and my father passed away 7 years back.My mother is alive and now she wants to transfer the will to me. What should I do now?
