Rental dispute: My mom is the house owner, 58 years old. My dad passed away single women. We rented the house for 3k per month 10k as advance. The tenant is there for the past 4 months in our house. He is not giving the rent properly every month she facing problem to collect money. 30 April2022 he promised my mom to vacate the house with a month 30th of May 2022. But he didn't. he asked another 15 days of time to vacate. But again he didn't vacate. I have a proof that he threatened my mom he will kill. Complaint against Rental dispute atrocities in police station

At last 18 june my mom gave a complaint against them in police station where as she also showed the video to writer in police station. Where the inspector didn't call the concern person to the police station where his wife came I agreed to vacate. In this Rental dispute, Daily they are creating nuisance and using abusive words he as a drinking habit. Where police says my mom should tolerate the nuisance until they vacate. Where my mom has rent agreement. I have fixed cctv for our safety purpose she also tries to file a false case against my mom. Boz we New that they will try to do that. As we expected she went to police station on 25th june 2022 that my mom had tore her ear. I have proof of that it was not done by mom. Police asked to pay 5k in advance payment and 500 for her treatment. I don\'t know what to do and make them to vacate the house. The police doing favor for opposite party.
